  1. How do I get my coupon discounts?

    If you click on any of the links for "Dining", "Shopping", or "Events/Attractions", or do a category search for any of these types of discounts on the Reservation Rewards home page, you'll be taken to a page that displays the best discounts for your area. Once there, you can further hone your search by selecting the sub-category or distance radius to find discounts that are right for you. You can search for discounts in your hometown, or if you're on the road, at stops along the way and near your destination. To change your discounts by location, simply type your city and state or your five digit zip code in the search box to bring up new discounted offers. As you find discount offers that intrigue you, you can either print and use your coupons now or come back and print your offer at a later date. Please remember that once you've printed an offer, you must use it within 14 days or it expires.

    There are a few other restrictions for coupon offers: Premium coupons are valid for one use only, unless otherwise noted on the coupon. Offer coupons are not valid on holidays, are subject to Rules of Use, and are not valid with other discount offers unless specified. Offer coupons are void if purchased, sold, or bartered for cash.

    Every time you want to take advantage of a coupon discount offer, just select and print.

  2. What is a Premium Coupon?
    A Premium Coupon offers huge savings of up to 50% off, Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offers and/or any discounts valued at $25 or more from selected merchants. These coupons are available for use one time during each Annual Period from each participating merchant, and you may print up a maximum of 100 Premium Coupons each calendar month. You will not be able to roll over your discount(s) if you choose not to print a Premium Discount before the end of the Annual Period, and each Premium Discount may only be printed once during such Annual Period.

  3. Do my coupons expire?
    Once you've printed an offer, you must use it within 14 days or it expires. For this reason, you should only print an offer within 14 days of when you plan to use it.

  4. What if I don't want to use my coupons right now?
    For this reason, you should only print an offer within 14 days of when you plan to use it. Once you've printed an offer, you must use it within 14 days or it expires.

  5. What if I want to use some coupons while I'm traveling?
    You can search from offers practically wherever you go. Either print your offers before you leave on your trip or bring your Member ID and Password along. You'll just want to remember that when you access your offers you'll need a working printer attached to your computer to print out the offer coupons.

  6. How often can I print and use coupons? Is there a limit?

    You may print 100 Premium Coupons per calendar month. Given the average savings, that's hundreds of dollars a year that you'll save! We will automatically reset the offers available to you 12 months after you first select a coupon to print through our site and each anniversary thereof, so you can continue to save as long as you're a member of this service. You will not be able to roll over your discount(s) if you choose not to print a Premium Discount before the end of the Annual Period and each Premium Discount may only be printed once during each Annual Period of your membership. You may also print an unlimited number of coupons that are not identified as Premium Coupons each month.

  7. How long are printable coupons valid?
    Each printable coupon is valid for 14 days from the date printed, unless otherwise stated on the coupon. The expiration date is printed on the coupon.

  8. I attempted to print a coupon but it did not print.
    Please review the following prior to attempting to print another coupon:

    Make sure the printing device is plugged into your computer and into an electrical outlet.
    Make sure the printing device power switch is on.
    Make sure the printing device is working. (To ensure that it is working, try to print a document that you have previously printed.)
    Make sure there is paper in your printing device.
    Make sure the paper is not jammed.
    Determine if you need to change the cartridge, ribbon or toner.

    Please note that you must utilize a MAC or PC to print out any coupons.

  9. There are no offers in my area.
    Our benefit provider has participating merchants in most metropolitan areas. However, if your search identifies no offers in your area, they may be unavailable. Please check back again soon as we often add new discounts and merchants to our network! In addition, members who are located in areas without participating merchants will receive additional information about other discounts available to them from us.
