  2. What are my Points used for?
    You can redeem your Points for valuable Gift Card Rewards. For example, you can get a $10.00 Gift Card Reward for 250 Points.

  3. When do my Points show up in my account?
    Your Points will be credited within 48 hours of when you earn them. Points awarded for monthly membership are awarded on the first day of each calendar month as long as membership is active.

  4. Do my Points expire?
    Points expire one year from the time they are posted to your account. The more benefits you use, the more points you will earn!

  5. Why haven't I received my Points?
    It may take up to 48 hours to post your Points to your account. If after this time you still have not received your Points, please contact Customer Service at 800-732-7031 or at customerservice@reservationrewards.com.
